![]() ![]() But is it just another building and exploration game? Let's dive into its world and uncover the mysteries of Sandrock. "My Time at Sandrock" is the sequel to the much-adored "My Time at Portia", transporting us to the scorching, desert city of Sandrock. In the realm of gaming, where sandbox RPGs hold a special spot in players' hearts, emerges a title that might just revolutionize the genre. Again, I love the game otherwise. My Time at Sandrock – A Desert Odyssey Full of Surprises I do not want to buy a game and not be able to finish it, and I want to finish it myself. If he wasn't able to do it, what was I to do? You seriously need to think about a skip button for people like me. My son-in-law who is very good at these types of games finally got me through the battle after he figured out how the game worked and died multiple times in the process. I would normally use my rife some as well but with all of the other parts of this mission, I used up over 400 bullets, had none for this last part at the temple and couldn't go make or get anymore. I have a chromium sword and shield that I've improved quite a bit that works well on just about everybody else, but it's like using a wet noodle on the soldiers at the temple. ![]() I love everything else in Sandrock, but I do not like the battles. If you're going to have these insanely-hard battles, why can't you have a skip after dying say a half dozen times for those of us who aren't used to these types of games and don't want to get used to them. Not only that, I find myself dying over and over again and having to have my son-in-law or grandchild get through the battle for me. I don't mind some fighting, but it's getting to where there is so much of it. ![]() First of all, if I liked fighting games, I'd play them. ![]()
